GH600 alloy is a non-magnetic nickel-based superalloy that combines high strength, hot and cold workability and corrosion resistance. And the alloy exhibits very good heat resistance. During the entire annealing to severe cold working process, there will be no aging corrosion or stress corrosion.

GH3600 (GH600) nickel-based superalloy application profile and special requirements

GH3600 nickel base deformed superalloy has good high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding process performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 ℃. The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, or it can be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It can be used as aerospace engine parts, suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can bear low load below 1100 ℃.
