GH3128 (GH128) nickel-based superalloy overview

GH3128 is a nickel-based alloy that is solid solution strengthened with tungsten and molybdenum and strengthened with boron, cerium, and zirconium. It has high plasticity, high permanent creep strength, good oxidation resistance, stamping, welding and other properties. Its comprehensive performance is superior to similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3128 and GH3536. It is suitable for manufacturing the combustion chamber flame tube, afterburning combustion chamber shell, adjusting plate and other high-temperature zero parts of the aero-engine long-term working at 950 ℃.

The solid solution temperature in the delivery state is 1140 ～ 1180 ℃, air cooling. The high temperature performance shall be checked after supplementary solution treatment at 1200 ℃.
