GH3039 (GH39) nickel-based superalloy overview
GH3039 is a single-phase austenite solid solution strengthened alloy, with moderate thermal strength and good thermal fatigue performance below 800 ℃, and good oxidation resistance below 1000 ℃. Long-term use of the organization is stable, but also has good cold formability and welding performance. Suitable for long-term use of aero engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts below 850 ℃.

Solution treatment of hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheet and strip: 1050 ~ 1090 ℃, air cooling. Solid solution treatment of bars and pipes: 1050 ~ 1080 ℃, air cooling or water cooling.
