GH3030 (GH30) nickel-based superalloy overview
GH30 nickel-base deformed superalloy has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, and has good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. GH30 nickel-based deformed superalloy is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components working below 800 ℃ and other high-temperature components that require oxidation resistance below 1100 ℃ but bear very little load.

The solution temperature is 980 ~ 1020 ℃. The cooling method is air cooling for hot-rolled sheet, cold-rolled sheet and ring billet. The wire and cold-drawn rod for cold heading are water-cooled or air-cooled, and the pipe is water-cooled.
