GH2026 is a Fe-Ni-Co-Cr-based precipitation-hardening deformed superalloy, with a long-term use temperature range of 540 ° C to 570 ° C and a maximum use temperature of 677 ° C. The alloy is added with chromium and molybdenum elements for solid solution strengthening, and high titanium and low aluminum elements are added to form the γ ′ aging strengthening phase. At the same time, the cobalt element reduces the solubility of titanium and aluminum in the solid solution, which promotes the increase of the precipitation of the γ ′ phase, thereby increasing the γ The thermal stability of the 'phase reduces the stacking fault energy of the γ' phase. The overall performance of the alloy is superior, with excellent stress relaxation resistance and creep resistance, and no notch sensitivity. It is suitable for making bolts, air-sealed springs, sealing rings, pins and other parts. The main products are hot-rolled and forged bars, hot-rolled sheets and cold-rolled sheets.

GH2026 alloy is used to make fasteners for ground turbines. It can work for more than 100,000 hours under steam conditions of 540 ℃ ~ 570 ℃. Similar alloys are used abroad to make fasteners and blades for aviation turbine engines.
GH2026 alloy has a good shape at medium temperature, which will reduce the fracture of parts caused by long-term and creep in long-term use. After the alloy was subjected to long-term aging or long-term stress aging in the use temperature range, no TCP harmful phase was found.
