Introduction:

Stainless steel with a large amount of Si added to the 19Cr-13Ni composition system has excellent high temperature resistance and salt corrosion resistance.

Scope of application:

Automotive exhaust bellows, incinerators, heater components, flexible joints.

Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specification: solid solution 950 ～ 1150 ℃ quick cooling;

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

 

delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
