Characteristics and scope of application:

SUS302 has the same corrosion resistance as SUS304, and because of its relatively high carbon content, it has better strength. High strength can be obtained after cold working, but the extension is worse than 301 steel. SUS302 is used for building exterior decoration materials.

Processing technology performance:

SUS302 austenitic stainless steel products include steel rods, steel plates, steel pipes, steel wires, steel strips and forged steel parts. Its hot and cold workability is excellent. The hot working temperature is 850 ~ 1150 ° C, the solution treatment temperature and the soft annealing power plant temperature in cold working are 1050 ~ 1100 ° C. This steel has good welding performance, and can be welded by arc welding, electric negative welding, etc.

 

Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1010 ~ 1150 ℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.
