Features:

SUS301 contrast 304 contains low Ni, Cr and high N components, and can achieve high strength through cold working.

Rust:

301 may rust for a long time, but it is impossible to rust in a short time.

Stainless steel will rust. The speed of rust depends on the environment: in humid, acidic and alkaline air, it will rust faster, and the seaside will rust faster than inland.

It also depends on the material of stainless steel. The main function of rust prevention is nickel. According to the level of nickel content, it is divided into several models: 201 #, 202 #, 301 #, 304 # in order from low to high.

Heat treatment:

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1010 ~ 1150 ℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

 

delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
