Nitronic 60 features:
Compared to cobalt-containing and high-nickel alloys, Nitronic 60 stainless steel offers corrosion and wear resistance at extremely low cost. Its overall corrosion resistance is better than Type 304 in most media. In Nitronic 60, resistance to chloride pitting is better than Type 316. The yield strength at room temperature is almost twice that of 304 and 316. Nitronic 60 has excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation and low temperature impact.

Nitronic 60 application areas:
Widely used in electric power, chemical, petrochemical, food and oil and gas industries, including wear plates for expansion joints, wear-resistant pump rings, bushings, process valve stems, seals and logging equipment.
