0Cr17Ni7Al (631, S17700, 17-7PH, W.Nr. 1.4568) precipitation hardening stainless steel
0Cr17Ni7Al is an austenite-martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel developed on the basis of 18-8CrNi, also known as controlled phase change stainless steel. After solution treatment, it is an unstable austenite structure with good plastic toughness and workability. After adjustment, the austenite precipitated carbide composition changes, and after martensite transformation treatment, most of the structure is transformed into toughness. Good low carbon tempered martensite, this state is the state of use of steel, and has good mechanical properties at medium temperature. Corrosion resistance is better than general martensitic stainless steel.

0Cr17Ni7Al (631, S17700, 17-7PH, W.Nr. 1.4568) precipitation hardening steel processability:
1. Hot working: The maximum heating temperature is 1150 ℃, the forging (rolling) temperature is about 1100 ℃, the termination temperature should not be lower than 950 ℃, and air cooling after forging and rolling.
2. Cold working: Cold working hardening tends to be large. In cold rolling, cold drawing or stamping, it is advisable to use a small number of passes and a large number of reductions and multiple intermediate solution treatment methods. Cold processed products should be treated in a protective atmosphere.
0Cr17Ni7Al (631, S17700, 17-7PH, W.Nr. 1.4568) precipitation hardening steel application areas:
17-7PH precipitation hardened steel is widely used in offshore platforms, helicopter decks, other platforms, food industry, pulp and paper industry, aerospace (turbine blades), mechanical parts, nuclear waste barrels, medical equipment due to its excellent strength and corrosion performance. .
