NiCr15Fe7TiAl alloy overview
NiCr15Fe7TiAl alloy is mainly nickel-based superalloy which is age-hardened with γ "[Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb)] phase. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980 ℃, and has higher resistance below 800 ℃. Strength, good relaxation resistance below 540 ℃, but also good forming and welding properties. This alloy is mainly used to make plane springs that work under 800 ℃ and require high resistance to relaxation, Spiral spring. It can also be used to manufacture turbine turbine blades and other parts. The available varieties are plate, strip, bar, forging, ring, wire and pipe.
