NA14 alloy overview
NA14 is an early developed nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthening alloy, which has good high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding process performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high temperature below 700 ℃ Plasticity. The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It can supply cold-rolled thin plate, hot-rolled thick plate, strip, wire, bar, round cake, ring blank, ring forging, etc. It is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can bear low load below 1100 ℃.

NA14 corrosion resistant alloy heat treatment:
Insulate between 980-1150 ℃ for 1-2 hours, fast air cooling or water cooling.

Tensile strength: σb≥550Mpa,
Yield strength σb≥240Mpa:
Elongation: δ≥30%,
Hardness ≤100 (HRB)
