W.Nr.2.4660 alloy corrosion-resistant alloy is a chromium-nickel-molybdenum-copper solid solution-strengthened iron-nickel-based alloy, which is characterized by resistance to oxidation-reducing composite medium corrosion. It has good corrosion resistance in many other redox media. W.Nr.2.4660, especially in the environment of dilute sulfuric acid (concentration below 30%), can exert its advantages of good corrosion resistance, and has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and good local corrosion resistance. 2.4660 has satisfactory corrosion resistance in many chemical process media, including highly aggressive inorganic acid solutions, chlorine and various media containing chloride, dry chlorine, formic acid and acetic acid, anhydride, seawater and brine.
