NS1401 (NS141) corrosion-resistant alloy overview

NS141 solid solution strengthened iron-nickel-based alloy is an alloy composed of nickel added with other elements. It is a kind of nickel-chromium alloy, nickel-iron alloy, nickel-copper alloy and nickel-molybdenum alloy. Nickel has good mechanical, physical and chemical properties. Adding appropriate elements can improve its oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and improve certain physical properties. Has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation performance, from low temperature to 980 ℃ have good tensile properties and fatigue properties, and resistance to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere.

NS1401 (NS141) corrosion-resistant alloy overview can be applied to the following industries

1. Heat treatment industry. Such as furnace roller, bell furnace and annealing furnace.

2. Calciner. For example, it can be used to produce high-performance corundum, calcined chromite to produce ferrochrome alloy, and recover nickel used as catalyst in petrochemical industry.
