NS1101 is Fe-Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy, which is used below 1000 ℃. The alloy has excellent high temperature corrosion resistance and good process performance, and has good organizational stability. The processing and welding performance of the alloy is good, and it is easy to form by hot and cold processing. The alloy is suitable for making parts that require high temperature and long-term work under harsh corrosive media. The main products are hot-rolled and forged bars, hot-rolled sheets, cold-rolled sheets, seamless tubes, cold-rolled strips and forgings.
