Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specifications: 1) rapid solution cooling at 920 ～ 1150 ℃; 2) stabilizing treatment can be performed according to the requirements of the buyer. The heat treatment temperature is 850 ～ 930 ℃, but it must be specified in the contract.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

 

delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
