Scope of application
The oxidation resistance is better than Z10CN23-13. In fact, it is mostly used as heat-resistant steel for the manufacture of high temperature furnace tubes for hydrogen withdrawal. Oxidation resistant steel that withstands repeated heating below 1000 degrees Celsius, furnace parts, nozzles, and combustion chambers. Under high temperature conditions, steel with oxidation resistance and sufficient high temperature strength and good heat resistance is called heat resistant steel.

Hardness: HB≤187; HRB≤90; HV≤200

 

Microstructure:

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1030 ~ 1180 ℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

 

Delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
