Feature application:
1Cr18Ni12 stainless steel is a stable austenitic stainless steel developed on the basis of 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel by increasing the nickel content. Since the cold deformation is not processed, the martensite transformation does not occur, so the possibility of work hardening is small. It can reduce the number of intermediate annealing (softening) and reduce the processing cost. 1Cr18Ni12 steel has excellent cold and hot processing performance and good welding performance. To ensure corrosion resistance after welding, it is recommended to perform solution treatment after welding. 1Cr18Ni12 stainless steel is best used for Cold pier, deep drawing, press forming and other processed parts, especially suitable for non-magnetic cold processed parts. 1Cr18Ni12 austenitic stainless steel has lower work hardenability than SUS304. 1Cr18Ni12 Uses: spinning processing, special drawing, cold heading.
