Adding N and Nb to 0Cr19Ni10NbN steel has the same properties as 0Cr19Ni9N, such as increasing the strength while suppressing the decline in elongation performance, and reducing the thickness of the material.

Scope of application:
0Cr19Ni10NbN stainless steel uses the same as 0Cr19Ni9N steel.

Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1010 ~ 1150 ℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

 

Delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state
