0Cr19Ni9N is a nitrogen-containing stainless steel. On the basis of 0Cr18Ni9N, S and Mn are reduced, and the N element is added to prevent the plasticity from decreasing, improving the strength of the steel; improving the resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and gap corrosion.

Scope of application:
0Cr19Ni9N is the most widely used stainless steel, suitable for petroleum and chemical equipment. It is suitable for manufacturing acid pipelines and containers.

Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1010 ~ 1150 ℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

 

Delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
