Characteristics and scope of application:

302S25 has the same corrosion resistance as 304S15, because the carbon content is relatively high and the strength is better. High strength can be obtained after cold working, but the extension is inferior to 301S21 steel. 302S25 is used for exterior decoration materials of buildings.

Processing technology performance:

The hot working temperature is 850 ~ 1150 ° C, the solution treatment temperature and the soft annealing power plant temperature in cold working are 1050 ~ 1100 ° C. This steel has good welding performance, and can be welded by arc welding, electric negative welding, etc.

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1010 ~ 1150 ℃ rapid cooling.
