Characteristics and scope of application:

1Cr18Ni9 has the same corrosion resistance as 0Cr18Ni9, and because of its relatively high carbon content, it has better strength. High strength can be obtained after cold working, but the extension is worse than 1Cr17Ni7 steel. 1CR18NI9 is used for building exterior decoration materials.

Processing technology performance:
