Characteristics and applications:

00Cr18Mo2 is an ultra-low carbon nitrogen, 18% chromium and 2% molybdenum, high corrosion resistance ferritic stainless steel. The steel grade is generally stabilized with niobium or titanium to avoid intergranular corrosion after welding. The steel grade is particularly suitable for various water treatment devices.

Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specification: Annealing 800 1050 air cooling or slow cooling.

Metallographic structure: The structure is characterized by ferrite type.
