● Characteristics and scope of application:

00Cr12 stainless steel has lower carbon content than 0Cr13, and has good bending performance, processing performance and high temperature oxidation resistance of welded parts. 00Cr12 is used as an automobile exhaust steam treatment device, boiler combustion chamber, and nozzle.

● Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specification: annealing 700 ～ 820 ℃ air cooling or slow cooling.

Metallographic structure: The structure is characterized by ferrite type.

 

● Delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
