● Characteristics and scope of application:

Used as hot oil pump, valve disc, valve bearing, medical equipment, spring and other parts with high hardness and high wear resistance.

 

● Chemical composition:

● Mechanical properties:

Hardness: annealing, ≤207HB; quenching and tempering, ≥50HRB

 

● Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specifications: 1) annealing, slow cooling at 800 ～ 900 ℃ or rapid cooling at about 750 ℃; 2) quenching, oil cooling at 1025 ～ 1075 ℃; 3) tempering, oil, water and air cooling at 200 ～ 300 ℃

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by martensite type.

 

● Delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
