Scope of application

Better oxidation resistance than SUS309S. In fact, it is mostly used as heat-resistant steel for the manufacture of high temperature furnace tubes for hydrogen drawing. Oxidation-resistant steel that can withstand repeated heating below 1000 degrees Celsius, furnace parts, nozzles, and combustion chambers. Under high-temperature conditions, steels that have oxidation resistance and sufficient high-temperature strength and good heat resistance are called heat-resistant steels. SUS310S heat-resistant stainless steel, domestic grade 0Cr25Ni20, American grade 310S, also known as 2520, is used for the manufacture of high temperature resistant furnace tubes.

Hardness: HB≤187; HRB≤90; HV≤200

 

Microstructure:

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1030 ~ 1180 ℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

 

Delivery status:

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
