SUS303Se austenitic free-cutting stainless steel is based on SUS302 steel by adding more than 0.15% of selenium and increasing a certain amount of phosphorus and sulfur, thereby improving the cutting performance of the steel, improving machinability and ablation resistance. SUS303Se stainless steel is most suitable for automatic lathes. Rivets, screws.

Heat treatment specifications: solid solution 1010 ~ 1150 ℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure: the organization is characterized by austenite type.

Generally, it is delivered in a heat-treated state, and the type of heat treatment is specified in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in a non-heat-treated state.
