Incoloy825 alloy overview
Incoloy825 is a fully austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy stabilized with titanium and added with copper and molybdenum. Incoloy825 is a general-purpose engineering alloy that has resistance to acid and alkali corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments. The high nickel content makes the alloy effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Good corrosion resistance in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acids, alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solutions. Incoloy825's high comprehensive performance is manifested in nuclear combustion dissolvers with various corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydroxide are all processed in the same equipment.
