Hastelloy C-2000 material properties
A new alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and a wide range of uses, easy to be formed, machined and welded into industrial parts. The equipment can be used for multiple purposes (reactors, heat exchangers, valves, pumps, etc.) and thus receive a greater return on investment. For example, a reactor can be adapted to a mixture of hydrochloric acid and then converted to another working condition of a nitrate-based mixture. Because of its many talents, C-2000 is the best nickel-based alloy material that can adapt to a variety of processes.

● Phosphoric acid
● Organic acids
● Chloride
● Alkali metals
● Pitting
● Crevice corrosion
● Stress corrosion cracking
Special alloy materials commonly used in the energy industry:
Stainless steel: 254SMO, 654SMO, F44, 2205, 2507, etc.
High-temperature alloy: GH4049
Nickel-based alloys: Alloy 59, Hastelloy B, Inconel 718, Nickel 201, Hastelloy C, etc.
