Nimonic80 (N07080) Overview:

Nimonic80 (N07080) alloy is a high-temperature alloy with chromium content of 18% -21% and nickel content of about 68%. The alloy has good cold and hot workability. It mainly supplies hot-rolled bars, cold-drawn bars and hot-rolled plates , Cold-rolled sheet, strip and ring, etc., used to manufacture engine rotor blades, guide blade supports, bolts, blade lock plates and other parts.

Nimonic 80 (N07080) nickel-based alloy specifications and supply status:

1. Supply hot-rolled bars for blades with a diameter of d20 ～ 55mm, and hot-rolled or forged bars with a diameter not greater than 300mm. Cold drawn rods are supplied with round rods with a diameter of 8 to 45 mm and hexagonal rods with an inscribed circle diameter of d8 to 36 mm.

2. Supply rolled parts with outer diameter 1000mm, inner diameter 900mm and height 130mm.

3. Supply hot-rolled sheets with a thickness not greater than 9.5mm, cold-rolled sheets with a thickness not greater than 4.0mm, and cold-rolled strips with a thickness not greater than 0.8mm.

4. Hot-rolled bars for blades are supplied without heat treatment, and the surface should be completely polished or polished. The hot-rolled rods for machining are subjected to solution treatment and supplied in the state of descaling.
