Alloy31 alloy overview:

A nitrogen-containing iron-nickel-molybdenum alloy with a face-centered cubic crystal structure. The 0.2% nitrogen content stabilizes the austenite phase and reduces the tendency of the intermetallic phase to precipitate out. The performance is between super austenitic stainless steel and existing nickel-based alloys. It is suitable for chemical and petrochemical industry, environmental engineering, oil and gas production and other industrial fields.

· Excellent corrosion resistance in halide media (whether acidic or alkaline)

· Excellent corrosion resistance in any concentration of sulfuric acid

· Excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance in phosphoric acid medium

· Excellent resistance to local corrosion and uniform corrosion in chlorine dioxide bleach medium

· Excellent corrosion resistance in both reducing and oxidizing environments

· Easy to process and weld

· Certified for manufacturing pressure vessels with wall temperature between -196 ~ 450 ℃
