Zeron 100 Duplex

Overview of Zeron 100 Super Duplex Stainless Steel:

Zeron 100 is a super duplex stainless steel. Contains 0.75% tungsten and copper, 25% chromium (austenite / ferrite) steel. The number of PREn (pitting equivalent) of the alloy supplied is> 40.0, which ensures high pitting resistance. Zeron100 has high mechanical strength, good ductility, and corrosion resistance to the marine environment at both atmospheric and subzero temperatures. Good resistance to abrasion, corrosion and cavitation and can also be used in the working environment of acid media. Mainly used in oil and gas and offshore applications, typically in pressure vessels, choke valves, Christmas trees, flanges and piping systems.

     Strong strength and corrosion resistance, mainly used in chemical processing, petrochemical and subsea equipment. It has strong resistance to chloride corrosion, higher thermal conductivity and lower coefficient of thermal expansion. Higher chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen content it has a high resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and general corrosion.
