1. Hastelloy from Hastelloy, starting with Hastelloy B, applied to aircraft rocket nozzles; subsequent Hastelloy C alloys were applied and promoted in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear energy, and pharmaceutical industries; X-alloys exhibit excellent high temperature performance, with the rapid growth of the jet industry.
2. Since the early Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, and Hastelloy X alloy need to be solution treated after welding, the corrosion resistance of the weld heat affected zone will be greatly reduced; therefore, the above alloy has been gradually improved or No longer use;
3. The key reason for affecting the welding performance of the above materials is the C and Si content. Due to the emergence and improvement of the refining technology, the problem of the Hastelloy welding is improved, so there are many improved Haas B series that are being promoted and used. C series alloys, etc., unfortunately many Hastelloy production and promotion units instead of replacing the later Hastelloys with the previous Hastelloys, not only do not reduce the C, Si content, but return to the previous high Si, high C content; the promotion of special steel business has a long way to go.
4. Hastelloy B series alloys with reduced resistance medium are improved on the basis of Hastelloy B grade. The improved focus includes extremely low C and Si content to improve the performance of the welded area, further alloying ideas, and pure steel ideas. Applications, etc., such that Hastelloy B-2, Hastelloy B-3, Hastelloy B-4 alloy; Harbin B-2 alloy to some extent solve the problem of welding area performance; Hastelloy B -3 solves the shortcomings of Hastelloy B-2 which is easy to precipitate Ni-Mo precipitation hardening, greatly improving the hot working and cold working properties.
5. Reducing environmental application materials in the Hastelloy B series improvement process; the Hastelloy C series alloys in the redox composite environment are also continuously improved, and the Hastelloy C276 alloy is improved to some extent due to the lower C and Si contents. The performance of the welding area is still not satisfactory, and the processing performance has not been improved. The Hastelloy C22 material completely solves the corrosion resistance problem of the welding area, the processing performance problem, and more importantly, the material cost is not improved. Based on the solution, the Hastelloy C22 material is the most cost-effective material in the Hastelloy C series, and will be used in larger batches in the future. The newly developed Hastelloy C2000 material incorporates Cu in the alloy, which expands the ha The corrosion resistance of C alloy in a reducing environment is safer to use, and it is possible for higher process life requirements and new process trials.
Hastelloy is an ultra-low carbon type, Ni, Mo, Cr series nickel-based, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant material Hastelloy, because it has excellent high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weld resistance zone resistance Corrosive, with good long-term thermal stability and processability, it is applied in harsh industrial environments such as agrochemicals, nuclear facilities, and biopharmaceuticals. It also has excellent corrosion resistance, uniform corrosion resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance in the medium of wet oxygen, sulfurous acid, acetic acid, formic acid and strong oxidized salt. Therefore, it is widely used in the chemical industry. The conductivity and thermal conductivity of gold are much lower than that of low carbon steel, and the resistivity and expansion ratio are much higher than those of low carbon steel. The fluidity of the molten pool is poor, the wettability is poor, the penetrating power is small, and the melting depth is shallow.
